What is a Mii?
Where would I find information on what a Mii is on the Wii? What is the purpose of the Mii on the Wii?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

A Mii (said like "me") is simply an avatar for a player that is used on the Wii console. A player can adjust many different features of the Mii to create an avatar that could have a likeness to themselves or anything else they feel like. They can then use this avatar to play different games and they will appear in these games while allowing you to accumulate any related stats and associate them to the Mii/player profile.
Mii's can be copied between different Wii consoles and even stored on a Wiimote to allow transport between other Wii consoles. If you want more information about Mii's and their uses, the best gathering of information on the topic is probably the related Wikipedia page at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mii which provides much more information about their uses and limitations.
