What is a great romantic place to spend a nice evening in Charlotte?
My wife and I have some old friends that live in Charlotte North Carolina. We are planning a tip to go and see them and have a nice little vacation as well. I was wanting to know what a great and cheap place to have a romantic date would be. Does it consist of dining or is it an actual activity?
