What is a good way to find Commercial Foreclosures?
Are there any websites that list them? The only thing I can find are scam websites that want money.

Going directly to banks and lenders. A lot of commercial loans are taken in by special lenders who are willing to take 4+ million dollar loans. If you can find the ones that directly transact in your community, you can contact them and ask for a list of foreclosures. Banks are easier to communicate with since they have a PR department and most have a Foreclosure department as well. If you have the right contacts you can get a lot of information from them.
Are there any areas/buildings/properties you are looking for specifically. I used to work in the Real Estate Market and contacted many of the banks directly when I was purchasing SFR homes. Let me know and I can see what I can find.

The office I work for is looking to buy a foreclosed building in Stuart Florida to use as a Medical Office. They don't know the area very well and wanted to find some sort of list or addresses of some foreclosed offices they could purchase.
