What is a good spring break activity for my family that does not cost to much?

Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I would play tourist in your own city (area you live). Go to the obscure places. Museums are always great. Check out your local parks and have a picnic (if it is not too cold). Check out also if there are any service opportunities available and take a day to help others. Plan it out with themes for each day.

Without knowing where you live it is hard to get more specific as travel expenses will add to the cost of any activity.

I encourage you to go for a local spring flower hike. There may be free walking trails in your area. Also, it is cheap, local and outside. Another activity you may enjoy is a bicycle trip coupled with tent camping. Biking is dangerous as you have to share the road with cars, be sure that everyone in your group is well aware of bike safety rules.

My favorite spring activity is watching shooting stars. The next big meteor event will be in April.

Spring? I love spring because I'm a tulip lover. I wanna suggest a Tulip Farm if you have one of those in your place or a Flower garden...great for photos especially for kids hugging them! Enjoy your springtime season!
