What is a good pay per play video advertising system?

I'm looking for a good video advertising system similar to google's adsense, but which pays per play, not per click. Please post all information about the system. Thanks.
Tip for best answer: M$2.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Brightcove has shown up strong lately with lots of options and excellent features. They've partnered some strong technical core competence with big ad industry players.

I'm looking for a system where I can add the video on my website, so the viewers on my site watch the ad.

Once you upload a video to Revver you can take the embed code and place it on your own site. As far as I know this still works with the ad revenue sharing.

The trouble with youtube is that it is pay per click. Even if you play the ad, you only get paid if the person clicks on the ad. I'm looking for one where you get paid every time its played.
