What is a good, cheap or free Word Press plugin for newsletters?

I want to start a subscriber-only service using a Wordpress platform website. There won't be a lot of content on the site at first; subscribers will get their content weekly and pay monthly for the service. I need a plugin that will let them sign up for the service and pay via Paypal, and then add them to an email list (and/or handle the mailing duties). This might require 1 plugin, or three. I've been looking around but haven't really seen the right thing.
Tip for best answer: M$2.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

You can publish menu for registered users only. You can charge the users for registration through easy paypal. And whatever you publish under registered users (who will be paid members). Also only the registered members are eligible to get newsletter.

So if someone comes to my site, reads about my service (which is a meal planning service) and decides to subscribe, the EasyPaypal plugin handles payment, while the Newsletter plugin handles the mailing list. Would that be right? I kept seeing plugins for paid content ON the website, but that's not what this service is, unless I plan to post the menu, recipes and shopping list for the week directly onto the site and make the content paid.

Can you flesh out a little about what each of these does? How are the reviews on them?

I've looked, but being short on time, thought I'd tip to find someone who could lead me to which one. I'm looking for a plugin or two, rather than a theme.
