What is a Blaff?
Was the name derived from the sound of the fish plopped into the broth or is it a mispronunciation of the word “broth” per se? Is it a method of preparing fish that is famous in Martinique of the Carribean? Does the fish marinade consist of lime juice, garlic and hot peppers?
