What Interview Questions Would You Ask Me?
http://robbrown.posterous.com/
I'd like to write an "interview" post to introduce myself to folks who don't know who I am. I'm struggling to come up with interesting questions to ask myself.
In a "no holds barred" interview, what questions would you ask me?

Best answer goes to the person with the most interesting questions!

(2) In what ways are you creative and (3) How do you lead by example.
Now for those of us who know you from Mahalo, we know that you solve problems by trying to determine as many solutions as you can and then explain it in writing in a way that others can easily understand. We know that you are creative because of the wide range of answers you give and the content of the pages you manage. As far as leading by example, we know that your are an active participant, you see things that need to be done or changed and you do them, you show others how to do things and you are just a nice guy.
Then I would add one more question, in all the world if you had all the power, money, time or whatever else was needed, what you you change, improve or create?

M$I would firstly like to know how and what you have learned from failure in life. I just like to ask this question in general because I feel the answer will provide me a decent measurement of the overall attitude and mental well being of a person. The answer to this question is always an interesting one.
Next I would like to know how you feel you have succeeded in life and what tools and mechanisms you used to achieve these goals. This question I feel will let me know whats in your mental and physical toolbox and your confidence in meeting challenges. I like when people talk about there successes and people usually like to talk about them as well. This answer will tell me a lot of your character and by what measure you determine success.
My father was a US Marine, college graduate and lifelong business owner and he told me that the one question he always wanted answered at an interview was "How did you pay for college?". He said that this question alone told him enough about a person to determine if they were qualified to work for him. I feel although he never went into further detain as to how he measured the responses to the question, I can see a value in knowing the answer to it that would be telling of both the background and the character of an individual.

M$When you die, what do you hope the world will say about you? What do you hope they will say about the contributions you've made to society, to your work, to your family?
What do you want inscribed on your tombstone to immortalize you forever?
I think the answers to those questions are amongst the most fascinating and tell me more about the people I'm reading about than any of the 'where were you born, what do you do, what's your favorite pizza.... type of things.

M$- What was your early life like?
- How did you meet your partner?
- What are you proudest of?
- What are your hopes for the future?
- Who do you most admire?
I know you said "no-hold barred", but I'd save more contentious or difficult questions for later.
Btw, don't forget that people that really don't know you at all will want to know basic info first, things like how old you are, where you live, what you do for a living, that you're married with young chikdren etc.

M$If new to blogging and with desires to be successful in marketing it would be useful to know what worked for you early on, and what didn't. I'd ask "What was your first failure in the blogging (or other IT related function) and what did you learn from it?
I think the interview questions should be focused to who you think the audience will be.

M$I like this question because it's lighthearted and cute but it gives an opportunity give an answer that is both entertaining and provides insight into what kind of person you are.
It also kind of sounds like a James Lipton question, which I like.
