Induction cooktops heat the pan quickly without having an open flame or requiring a gas line to be installed. The biggest problem with it is that you can't use it with just any pan, since they have to be electrically conductive, and warped pans (which tends to happen with cheap cookware) heat unevenly. But the nutritional benefits and detriments are the same as for electric or gas stovetops.

M$What was the question again? Let me find out real quick....
True cooking comes from the heart, not any special type of training, or method... I don't mean this as an insult, only my opinion.
They have made cooking into some science nowdays, but as an example, my favorite thing in the world to eat is Homemade Taco Salad, and I will never tell my family the truth, but they're taco salads suck to high heaven, when its compaired to my own taco salads... Because I love Taco Salad, and when you love something like that as much as I do, it becomes a passion, and you do best what you love to do, nowhere have I tasted a taco salad that could even come close to competing with mine.
I wish I could dream of taco salads, truely I do... Its the one thing I could eat every single day, and never get sick of it! Oh god, I would sell my soul to the devil right now, just to have a big bowl of my own taco salad, I havn't had a good taco salad in ages, my Aunt is a gourment cook, and I can't hardly even spell the word, I don't care about impression, or prresentation, that means nothing to me. They're missing out on the true joy of cooking, which comes from your heart, not some recipe book!
I hope this helps, and thanks to you, I'm dying for a taco salad, oh it feels like the world is ending in my soul. With that very dark brown well cooked ground beef, just sizzling in the pan, the aroma of the chopped onions, garlic, and mushrooms, that I then place into the frying pan, with a lid on top to let it simmer in the wholesome goodness that it now is, its aroma sinking to the very foundations of my inner most me... I wash each leaf of lettuce as though it were own child soiled by the soils of life, I careful pick out all the perfect peieces of lettuce, throwing the yucky dirt tasting crunchy parts in the trash, then I chop the ripe tomatoes into a fine diced bowl of red watery tomatoey yummyness... And sadly when all 8is done, my heart is destroyed, totally defeated, as I forgot to get Russian Salad Dressing, oh the horrors of life, when not even a table spoon of Catalina can be found, only that discusting taste of ranch dressing. All the time spent in preparing this estasy of taco salad delight, only to ruin it all with the wrong salad dressing!
OH god, I wanna die now, just let me die god!
(sorry got carried away) I hope this helps!
