If the Treaty is signed and it violates the U.S. Constitution, the aggrieved party may call the attention of the Senate, if the said treaty is not yet ratified, however if already ratified, the case should be brought up to the U.S. Supreme Court for deliberation on its constitutionality.

I voted NBA because although you may have personal knowledge, in this case I think the answer should have links to relevant Government sites as well...
