What happens if I am at fault for a car accident and I get hurt?

I have collision and liability car insurance through Allstate. Would my medical care get covered by Allstate? What if I am so hurt I am unable to work, what happens then?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Your medical coverage will be used to compensate you for your treatment, while liability will be used to compensate the other driver, in case they have suffered damages because of you.
