What happened to reduce the membership and power of the Knights of Labor?

Dues were raised to cover the costs of strikes so members dropped out.

The government passed laws that prohibited the Knights of Labor from gaining new members.

During the Haymarket Riots police arrested members of the Knights of Labor and linked them to the bombings.

The membership of the Knights of Labor included factory owners that decided to exclude most of the workers.
