Sounds like Michael's still in Florida doing his aspiring actor/model/DJ thing and Amanda is still in Kansas doing the med school thing -- although they say publicly they are still a couple.
Just from looking at his websites and myspace page it looks like Michael is using his celeb status from the show for all it's worth, offering his services for private events as a DJ and appearing as a celebrity guest at functions like the "Sex Education" pre-Super Bowl party that he plugged on his myspace. Erica, the Penthouse pet he passed on on the show, was the headliner of that event...

I can tell you for sure that Amanda is back at med school. She's in my class and I see her at least twice a week.
