about History Will Be Made
What great moment is missing from the History Will Be Made series of NHL commercials?
The league produced seven spots in this series of commercials. But there are a few that seem to be missing, such as:
- The Philadelphia Flyers winning the Stanley Cup in 1974 rewound from the end of game celebration to the pre-game anthem with the question: "What if Kate Smith didn't sing God Bless America?"
- The New York Islanders winning the championship on Bobby Nystrom's overtime goal in 1980 with the question: "What if the pass to Bobby Nystrom wasn't perfect?"
- The New Jersey Devils winning three titles, with images of Scott Stevens hoisting the Cup three times, rewinding all the way back to the news conference in St. Louis with the question: "What if the Blues didn't sign Brendan Shanahan to an offer sheet?"
- The Los Angeles Kings winning the Miracle on Manchester playoff game in 1982 with the question: "What if the Edmonton Oilers knew how to finish a team then?" (They blew a 5-0 lead in that game)
Which of these would you like to see them add to mix, and are there any others we missed?

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.
