What gentle exercises can I do to ease what is probably Sciatica?
I've been off work for two weeks now with back pain and was off for a week at the beginning of this month too.
I've been to the doctor and have painkillers and a sick note, etc, but the doctor didn't specify that it's Sciatica so I can't say that's what it is for definite.
The pain starts in my lower back and goes all the way down my right leg in a line to my right foot. Also, my right foot is numb most of the time due to the nerve being compressed.
What exercises can I do to either release the nerve or stop/alleviate the pain?
