What fruit has the least sugar content, but would still make a nice smoothie?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

You might want to check out peaches, plums, or nectarines. The longer you wait for these fruits to ripen, the more sugar they have. Also, apples, yet they might not make a great smoothie.

Apricots might be a good choice. I know that for dieters, they are low in calories.
