Calcium - milk, yogurt, cheese, broccoli, bok choy,canned fish with bones, almonds, Brazil nut and dried beans.

Fiber - eating high-fiber foods keeps the saliva flowing which helps create mineral defenses against tooth decay. Some high fiber food include fruits and vegetables such as dried fruits: dates, raisins and figs, bananas, apples and oranges, baked beans, brussels sprouts, peas, peanuts, almonds and bran.

Whole grains provide B vitamins and iron, which help keep gums healthy. Some whole grains are bran, brown rice, cereals and whole-grain pasta.
