I would like to see Apple come out with a gaming system like microsoft's x-box. I think they could just add gaming to the i-touch to make it competitive with the gameboy. But a counsel with a touch screen and 3G connection could be highly lucrative if teamed up with the big gaming companies.

M$And this time no one is thinking that it's going to anything other than some kind of tablet.
What it'll be called is open to question, and what the exact spec or price will be is also pretty much an unknown. No doubt Apple will have a twist or two that no-one has thought of, even if the guesses are broadly right.
But here's a link to a video in which the CEO of McGraw-Hill mentions the tablet, says it'll be based on the iPhone, and that they've been working with Apple on putting content, presumably e-books, on it.
