What does the future hold for our children?
I must be honest, I am a bit scared for my two children. Jobs in the US are hard to find, pay is rather low and the cost of living seems to keep going up. I am not certain how younger people will be able to afford a home unless the price of property stays where it is or gets lower. My air, this summer was kept on 78 degrees and my electric bill was over $700 each month.
Hopefully I am wrong and things will be fine. What do you think the future holds for our children? Share your thoughts.

It is indeed scary at times to think about the future, especially for our next generation, as they are dear to our hearts.
What a good question. What does the future hold for our children? We always try to make the world a better place to live in. With the numerous inventions, new studies and discoveries, rights that we fight for, we do so with the mindset that this will improve our lives. But then, why do we fear for the future of our children? What didn't go the way we want that causes this fear?
Our decision today will make an impact on our tomorrow. We may not be able to make a difference on a macro level, by we can do our part, to build a strong foundation for our kids, and maybe a bit more to help our neighborhood and community, instill in them the right values, the truth, teaching them to make wise decisions, so that they can survive in whatever circumstances. And they will have their turn, to do a little, or more if they can, to make the world a better place.
What are the right values that are important to pass down to them? Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
So, what does the future holds for our children?
I would say that if they have the right values, they know the truth, they have the right people besides them to encourage them, where they can journey their lives together in good times and in bad times, then they are able to courageously face the future.
