Spirituality for me is very simple. I stand and live in a world and universe that was not created by me or by any of my fellow humans. With great humility I I live in this universe and fully believe in a power greater than myself. Really and happily that is as far as my own understanding of my own spirituality goes.

From my opinion,the spirituality is soul which is not realise on body's chemical but it depends on ego of mind and self-characteristic,It also means the mind which come from the meditation by soul practising and invisible imagination with no destination.

Generally I think it means people believe in souls and an afterlife. Occasionally however, I meet people who have spirituality in the here and now - it seems to center on ritualistic practices
