This has at least two meanings. It is a girl's nickname and is the name of a character in a children's book, as well as nickname of a number of women on the web and elsewhere. However, jule is the same as English Yule and means Yule or Christmas. Pule is slang for sex. Taken together they mean Christmas sex, which because of the Virgin Mary story may mean the opposite. So it could mean maiden or virgin.
