What does it mean when you get bit by a black widow and it simply turns into a pimple?
A while back I was bitten twice by a black widow spider, and there were really no side effects other than a pimple-like irritation that, when popped, simply went away. What does this mean exactly? Am I simply immune?

I wouldn't say immunity no, that would be a dangerous assumption with a black widow bite. There are some other explanations. For one the power of a spiders venom can be variable not all spiders even of the same species pop the same punch. Second it could have been a younger black widow which are less poisonous or a male. I would say after that number of bites yes your body has learned how to most efficiently react to the poison making you less likely to have a severe reaction, but not immune. Immunity is a genetic trait, for instance your children may be less reactive to black widows or with enough bites could become immune but I doubt you are.
