The body gains an inability to heal itself. The effects on the skin are acne and sores taking a long time to heal. Skin also loses its elasticity and lustre. The sores are brought on by the users who obsessively pick at the skin because they have hallucinations of bugs crawling under their skin. This is a disorder known as formication.
