Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Well personally, for a good Halloween punch I like to keep the ingredients matched up with the flavor of the punch - so I prefer not to use things like olives or radishes (what if they flavor the punch a little? Yuck!).

So for the blood, I prefer to use rasbperry jam, with a little bit of red food coloring to "red" it up a little. You can also use a good red cake decorating gel. Both of these work nicely because they stick to the inside of the glass a little bit, so the effect will last a little while.

For the eyeballs, I'd order one of these golf ball ice trays:
You can buy them here.

Then get some blueberries, and place one in each ice cube cell, and fill with water the rest of the way. It'll look just like an eyeball! And it'll keep you punch cool. When it melts? Delicious blueberries!

Remember, just because it LOOKS gross, doesn't mean any part of the punch should taste gross!

Happy Halloween!

1/4 cup of honey or corn syrup
drops of red food coloring

Mix ingredients together well to affect the look of blood, dip the rims of your wine goblets into the mixture. Turn glasses upright and let stand to allow the blood mixture to drip down the sides of the glasses.
