I really think USA has a great team, however the soccer school is in Europe and England is the best student in that school.
Personally I don't think USA has any chance to play the final.
There is a big difference between the soccer played in Europe and the soccer played on other continents. While in South America for example, soccer is played for the show European teams are more focused on techniques.

England's performance was rather disappointing. It's true that the goal was a fluke but the performance of the American team was very encouraging.

England's performance was a test...just like all the first games...I really think that England will show...and all the teams will show their potentials starting with next phase. Because any mistake means a big "Good Bye Africa!" I would like to see those teams when the real show starts. For now...2 teams showed their weapons: Germany and Argentina. Let's see Brazil and Spain, Portugal...and Italy
France had a good game...I have no doubt that they will qualify.
USA has a good team...but needs more than that. They need strategy...not just luck :)
