No, it will not be a summer blockbuster. I project that it will be a modest hit. I don't think the DC comics fans will dig it too much, and fans of good acting will hate Megan Fox for putting in little to no effort.
What I was kind of miffed at is the supernatural angle, which does not go with Jonah Hex' character. He is just a guy in the Old Wes with a messed up face and an urge to kill a lot of bad men.
I applaud the casting of Josh Brolin. He makes a good Hex.
