What do you think of Navigaya framing other websites when you leave their domain? Is this known as hijacking, why or why not?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

This looks really slick but it's really slow, even in Safari. I dislike rolling UIs, makes me seasick. I use muscle memory too much -- that's why I like the dock on the Mac, sometimes I don't look at what I'm clicking.
Thanks for introducing me to this service!

M$As this seems to be the case from my impression, I would generally say you are not "leaving" their site when you browse on their 'application platform'.. you are using their site as a 'desktop' and a 'browser' (as well as seemingly, other typical application tools) even though it is within another browser on another OS/Desktop.
So, in this case, this is not really framing, hijacking, or stealing.. it is.. a different experience than people are used to at the moment.
