Since iJustine is the internet I really think the best title would be iJustine. Many fans will know her full name but with the success she has in marketing the iJustine name I strongly believe a larger audience will search for that instead of Justine Ezarik.

...sorry about the grammar geekiness. I think iJustine would be a better title, since that's how she's best known and what people are most likely to search for if they want to know more about her. =)

I know there have been a few debates over page titles back when I was creating all the wrestling pages. In my opinion I think the page should be titled what ever the person or thing is known for. I have no idea who Justine Ezarik is but I do know who iJustine is! You could always title it iJustine and then add Justine Ezarik as a redirect or vice versus.
