I love to read too. The nice thing about reading is that you engage your mind, but usually not your body. Your mind is working hard, while your body is resting. Also with reading, you understand some of the context of body language, and conversations between people. I must admit, I may not have a good of a command on English if I didn't read as much as I did. It is amazing to me how many Cacausians can't speak or write English!
