I have a rippin one right now and it just will not go away.
Tip for best answer: M$1.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I usually take a hot shower and it relieves tension right away. Also, I use a hot washcloth and put it on my forehead. Caffeine also can take away a headache because it reduces blood vessel swelling. I found this information a couple of months ago at http://www.wikihow.com/Relieve-a-Tension-Headache

Hi Mshubin, I don't suffer from headaches frequently, but when I do, I always seek herbal medicines for it. Recently I have found that heat and cold therapy works great for. You can apply this therapy yourself at home by visiting the link below:

Hopefully you can get rid of your headache soon.
