Every year my family goes to the State Fair, and every year we go through the Department of Natural Resources building, where they have permanent installations of huge fish tanks of freshwater fish, as well as seasonal outdoor ponds. The fish get really huge, and little kids are scared of them, especially the pike and muskellunge. When I was a kid I was scared to swim in our lake because of both.
