What do these post goal gestures mean like sucking their thumb, pacifier, or putting their index finger to their lips as if to say "shhhh"?

The sucking thumb and pacifier type gestures are to indicate how easy it was to score over the other side...the crowd goes wild when the goal is scored but the scorer gestures to the crowd " hey, it was baby easy! It's also used if the other team starts getting huffy in the background ( I've seen it happen to a player's back hehehe when he kicked the ground over missing a tackle )
The shhh gesture is used the same way..."shhh don't make a fuss it was easy to score over those guys, you'll just make them feel bad" sort of very sarcastic :) They do get into trouble for using rude gestures (1) so they've come up with some alternatives...
