Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Hello @culverc!
Your business plan should contain details of how you are going to develop your business, when you are going to do it and who will plays significant role in managing your business.
Your business plan should include:
*An executive summary or an overview of the business that you want to start.
*Give a short description of the business opportunity, who you are, what you plan to sell or services that you want to offer
*Include also your marketing and sales strategy - give reason why you think people would want to buy your product or avail of your services.
*Include also your management team and personnel
*Your operations, production facilities, management information systems and IT
*And your financial forecasts - this will translate everything you have said in previous section.

A business plan is a guidebook which helps you on every step of your business. It is a common perception that a business plan should be developed when you start new business. In fact you should develop a business plan for existing businesses as well, in order to allocate resources efficiently and economically.
Now to make a good business plan, first of all you need to ask what exactly is your business and purpose of your business. Then in a business plan you need to have following things included preferably:
• A clear and concise Mission statement, which should not only be achievable but also meaningful.
• Then your intellectual property analysis, which includes you as well. Treat yourself as the employ of your business, and a***s where you can help your business grow. After which you identify, what your employee list should be and what qualities they should entail.
• Identify the market areas where you want to serve; clearly define what your business is and the areas of its operation.
• Next is the economic operation, identify financial opportunities and threats in area of operation and industry. Analyze the field economically.
• Also state the monetary needs and cash flows that you might require, to start and operate the business.
• Try to develop basic HR policies, which should include selection and training of new employees and management.
