What do I do if I get a tax form from a city I don't live in?
I lived in this city over 2 years ago, never got a form from them last year, but out of nowhere I get a 2008 Earned Income Return from them. What should I do?

Call the city office and ask what happened. I'm sure they'll figure it out.
