what do i do about chronic pain in abd/pelvis.is nerve ablation successful.chronic diseases,no cure...
i have ibs, divericulosis, interstital cystits, herniated lumbar discs, hiatal hernia.always in pain, especially when bladder fills or ibs irritates bladder.cystoscopy showed anterior wall punctate lesions, and had theraputic bladder distention.exploratory lap showed all ok,some pelvic congestion syndrome from btl 19 years ago.i am a physician assistant in ob/gyn.i take epidural injections and pain meds, which to me, is a bandaid on a problem.i always have pain and it is hard to even work sometimes.pain worsens when sitting a long time.i am tired of everyone saying its the back, and the other specialties have no answer to relieve it.ct scans ok.wbc not elevated, although on my only colon attack, they weren't either...i am afraid of elective colon resection which could not do anything at all.i am really disgusted.not sure if pain is radiating to the front from back,or back from the front.if you can help,i will be forever greatful...thanks for taking the time to read my problem.....
