What diet will you utilize for a weight loss program?

Hi,
There are all kinds of different weight loss diets out there, the key is to pick the one that will work the best for you and your lifestyle. Determining the amount of weight you should lose should be utilized by taking your BMI; your Body Mass Index. You can calculate your own BMI at this site:

This site will not only calculate your BMI for you but tell you what weight is healthy for you to be at, therefore, you can determine the amount of weight you want to lose.
As for diets, there are plenty to choose from. You can go with a group weight loss and join a diet group such as Weight Watchers or, if you prefer to do it on your own you can choose to count carbs, calories and fat or just pick one of those to watch to make your own diet. There are many websites to help you choose which diet is best for you. A few examples are:

I used to use the weight-loss meal, breakfast: whole wheat bread, eggs (optional), milk (low fat or skim milk), a fruit
Lunch: staple a two (preferably whole grains), chicken or beef 50 grams, 200 grams of vegetables
Dinner: 1 two staple food, amount of fish, amount of vegetables, a soup
Before going to bed: skim milk and a small apple
Between meals can add fruit or yogurt.
