First of all: THE ABOVE PICTURE IS FALSE. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE THAT BASES THEIR ANSWERS OFF THIS PICTURE.

As for what her score is, that's hard to say. The information has not been disclosed. Numerous sources state that she was an honors student.

This is about all I can find, especially since many of the sources appear to hold biases to either make her scores seem better or worse. It's hard to find reliable sources. But the one I provided for Snopes.com completely debunks the answer I expected you were about to get a lot of.
UPDATE: I just realized there is a Mahalo page pertaining to the topic. It's out-of-date, so I will quickly tweak it. Here's the link:

M$That all does not matter. The SATs do no predict how well you will preform the job of President.
I am not saying if I support/like her or not. Just do not fool yourself into thinking you can make a definite and direct correlation of SAT scores to Presidential performance. :)

M$Besides that, Test scores should be private and only shared between the student/family and colleges/institutions(employers). It is really none of our business.
I just want her to fade away already.

M$The document indicates that Sarah Palin, then known by her maiden name "Sarah Heath", had average high school grades. Her SAT score is reported to be 841, out of the old maximum of 1600. Such a score, if it is indeed real, is pretty low for someone who wants to be a heartbeat away from the presidency.
A breakdown of her standardized test scores are 425 verbal, and 416 math. Her self-reported high school grades are as follows: English = B, Math = C, Foreign Language = D, Biological Sciences = B, Physical Sciences = C and Social Studies = C.

M$I plan on considering voting for Sarah Palin, if you runs for President.
The chances of her running for president are slim to none. Stop talking about how bad she is. That's irrelevant to the question.
You want to stop hearing about it? Then stop turning on the liberal news stations that are having a field day torturing her.
Correction: She may want to be President next time around. This led me to look at your source, where I found that you just copied and pasted it into your answer. Even though you sourced it, one you didn't tell people it was a direct quote by using proper punctuation "". Therefore it seemed as if you wrote this answer in your own words. And since I can't prove that the original is YOUR work as well, this answer really looks like plagiarism.
IN Future answers, please be mindful of this.
ON ANOTHER NOTE:
I just don't think she has what it takes anyway to become president regardless of her grades or scores. You can only get so far in politics with a wink and a smile. I thought she proved that last time.
Besides if she thinks it is rough on her family to be governor of Alaska, there is NO WAY in the world being president will be any easier. ANd people will see it for what it is.
I just wish she would just go away. I believe she set women back 30 years (to the general public) the last time she went for national office. There were SO MANY other women (like that needed to be a qualifier for VP) McCain could have chosen.
Enough said, I'm off soapbox now.
McCain was the main culprit in bringing Palin to the international limelight.
What was his SAT score?
