Lady Gaga didn't give an acceptance speech at the Grammys because she won both of her awards in the ceremony that takes place before the live broadcast of the major award winners. She wasn't there to make acceptance speeches because she was prepping for her opening duet with Elton John. She did, however, have this to say via Twitter: "We won big tonight little monsters. I am so proud to make music 4 you. I hope I continue to inspire u the way u inspire me.You're everything."
