What could a Realtor use an iPad for? Could it improve the customer experience?

Realtors are always looking for new and innovative ways to connect with customers and make sales. The iPad is great for many things, but can it be great for real estate? What could Realtors show on the iPad in order to make the customer experience better?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

iPad is a revolutionary device that once in a while different user experience have been posted or share on the internet. In the case of the Real Estate Agents, one of the most notable uses of the iPad is to display images of real estate properties to clients prior to touring the actual site, in order for them to have a first impression on the house they are planning to buy. Furthermore, aside from the house itself, other aspects of the property such as the proximity of educational facilities, community, and other vital factors in a thriving community is also covered through a virtual tour of the whole area.

There are various sites that can be used by Real Estate Agents to access the database, such as the Multiple Listing Service and the Metropolitan Regional Information Service. There are also real estate apps available such us and ZipRealty.

I have read that there are 5 ways iPad will reinvent the real estate for agents in the future.

1. With iPad, Realtor will now have a useful and more intimate version of the laptop. An agent can use the iPad quickly and impressively to deliver and present information to their clients. If a buyer want to see the tax recod on the house they are looking on at the moment, the Realtor can easily retrieve this records on his iPad.

2. Realtors does not need to go back to the office to loo up for additional properties for buyers. They will just access CMA's listing while viewing a seller's home. This would been paperless transaction in the real estate. Apps with form of the state can begin popping up and the client can just sign with a flick of their finger and their contract will be fully executed.

3. Agents will be able to make use of iPad's video. It would be a better experience for customers to be able to have access to an agent's presentation, buyer presentation, video home tours, and neighborhood tours on an agent's sidte.

4. Through iPad, the use of technology and social media will be brought to the masses of real estate agents that are still not taking advantage of today's systems to make them efficient and relevant.

5. Customers will be able to chat live with a Realtor any time of the day.
