What cool and new things can you do on iPhone 4?
Aside from the support for face time, folders and wallpaper, what can you do with iPhone 4 that you cannot do on an iPhone 3GS? :)

Other than Face Time, folders, and customizable wallpapers, the iPhone 4 has a lot of features that the iPhone 3GS doesn't have. First of all is the retina display, which has so many pixels that the human eye can't see individual pixels. There is about 75% of the pixels an iPad has in the iPhone 4 display. It makes for the highest display resolution you can get on any smart phone on the market. The iPhone 4 can also shoot HD video, a huge step for smart phones. This video can also be edited right from the iPhone, using the app iMovie (it costs an extra $4.99 on the app store). The camera has also been improved to 5 megapixel camera with flash. Most of the other features of the iPhone 4 (Multitasking, Wallpapers, Folders, Multiple Inbox's, and iBooks) were added with the new iOS4, which was released about a week ago for owners of the iPhone 3GS!

How about the existing apps, are they ready for iOS4?
Or better yet, are there apps fully enjoyed only on the latest OS?
All existing apps can be used on the iOS4, but unless updated, won't be able to take advantage of the new features of iOS4. For example, the app Pandora can't be multitasked unless updated to take advantage of iOS4, and that is the same for every other iPhone app. It will still work, but multitasking won't be able to take place unless the app is updated by the developer.
In terms of apps only able to work on iOS4 there is really nothing but added features in iOS4. It depends on the hardware. Apps will only be able to work on the iPhone 4 with it's increased processing power, it's new built-in gyroscope, and it's new video and camera capabilities. But those apps are yet to come as developers need to develop apps utilizing the new power of the iPhone 4.
