There are many good cooking shows on television. I have been a fan of the Food Network for many years and have come across many shows that you can learn from. One such show is Good Eats with Alton Brown. Another is 30 Minute Meals with Rachael Ray. There is also Guy's Big Bite with Guy Fieri, Giada at Home with Giada DeLaurentis, Barefoot Contessa with Ina Garten, Aarti Party with Aarti Sequeira, Emeril Live with Emeril Lagasse, Big Daddy's House with Aaron McCargo Jr. and many more. For a complete list of shows, you can go to www.FoodNetwork.com.
Many of these chefs have cookbooks with recipes from their show and other recipes not on the show. These chefs also have their own websites where you can often find recipes, tricks and cooking tips.
There are old television shows with great chefs that made easy to prepare meals. It might be harder to find thses shows on television, but you can check Martin Yan, Graham Kerr, Julia Child and others for wonderful recipes.
