I realized there are Skype for Small Business connection; but what is the percentage of small businesses actually using IT softwares and Telecommunication Technology?
Not every boutique sized company can afford Cisco system.
So I was wondering, what are the current methods of communications (beside, email, phone, fax, meeting)?
