Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Sea glass is mostly used to make interesting craft like jewelry. I don't think there are any colors out there that are worth a whole lot of money. Cobalt blue and brown are nice.

What's interesting is that there is a quality to the glass that's out there. What jewelry makers like to see are pieces that are very thick and very frosted. And if you can find pieces that are also in colors other than white or green... you might have something that's worth a few pennies!

Here's an interesting video on what to look for in jewelry making quality sea glass.

This link has some more information on rare sea glass. It looks like red, orange and yellow can be worth money, but the pieces have to look good.

Determing the value of authentic sea glass is more than the color. There are some colors or cominbation of colors that are more rare than others hence they are more valuable like orange, red, turquoise, real black ect. The condition is also a factor as well as markings that may lend to the origin of the glass.
