According to the CIA's World Factbook, the capital of Kosovo is Pristina. Kosovo gained independence from Serbia in February 2008 and adopted it's own constitution later the same year, although Serbia does not recognise Kosovo;s claim to Independence. Sixty countries have recognised Kosovo, along with the World Monetary Bank and the International Monetary Fund. Earlier this year, the International Court og Justice ruled in Kosovo's favor after hearing a case on the legality of their Independence.
