There are many cities in the world where you can enjoy the culture. But I like most to enjoy the culture which is still alive and walks along with the modern culture hand in hand. This is why the Māori culture appeals to me. The culture is still alive and thriving despite the temptations of the western world. Rotorua is the best place in New Zealand to enjoy this vibrant culture.
