What changes were made in this latest Mahalo update (July 15/16)?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

The "Payment History" button has just moved over to our statistic area.
I have also used the Tweet sharing feature twice this morning and had two different results. I do not know what this means as of yet but it might seem to me that the "sharing rewards" are going away or have already gone away .. take a look at these two different "Thank you" notices I received after using the feature.

As we can see I received the Mahalo dime for one of the questions and just a Thank You for the other. I hope this is just an error because I get the Mahalo money I use for the majority of low dollar Team Tipping ($0.01 - $0.10) voting that I do from the Tweet sharing reward system. Seems fair to me, I advertise Mahalo across my Twitterverse and Mahalo gives me a dime or less and I always add that dime back to the questions as interesting votes. Without the added bonus of being able to vote a question interesting and then add some of the change I receive to the Team Tipping pot then I will have to slow down with the voting. More like I would have to virtually stop altogether as funding for questions is hard to come by.
I will keep playing around and update this answer as I come across any new developments in Mahalo or our Mahalo Profiles this morning. < sips coffee > < goes for another cup > < walks dog > I will be back to this question in a few more minutes.
EDIT - I have tried the Tweet Sharing feature 2 more times and it is true the "sharing rewards" are gone. I do remember Corey saying that many Mahalo users were abusing this generous feature by Tweeting questions to their Twitter accounts that had 0 followers or as he put it "Less than 100 followers" so it seems thanks to the basic human nature of take what is free and disregard what is right this abuse has cost us the "sharing rewards" and that will cost Mahalo Answers overall because like I said, Mahalo money is hard to come by these days and without the sharing rewards I do not see how I will have the money to add to as many questions. A lot less "splashy cashy".

Thanks, budda. Y'know, I think I noticed the lack of "payment history" tab mid-rollout. Because, I looked at the side menu. An hour later, I looked again and it was there. I couldn't edit my question, and I couldn't comment, so I was just waiting for someone to answer so I could correct my initial info.
At the same time, I also noticed the change in the default view - primarily because I haven't yet followed anything. Maybe I'll just follow the conjoined triplets - though I'd hate to miss out on any conjoined quads or quints. (How about that for a sequel to the hit show: "Rejoined Jon and Kate's Conjoined Five - Still Alive"?)
Too bad that with the elimination of cashouts, the splashy cashy is still being reduced. (And, a bit odd.)
You know I think "Octomom" got off easy.. those 8 little tiny newborn people would have been a real handful if the were born as conjoined octuplets.
We still have the tweet rewards, they are just limited to once a day.
If folks abuse (i.e. tweet to a dummy Twitter account that has low/little followers and is only used for tweeting Mahalo questions) we take the money out of their accounts.
Splashy Cashy will increase for good users... we have a lot of ideas of how to do this, and now that you can't cash out for real cash the "bad actors" are all leaving Mahalo. This is A VERY GOOD development.... the real folks are staying, and the folks (largely from outside the US) who were spamming, gaming twitter, using multiple accounts, cutting and pasting answers and who couldn't put a sentence together in english are going away. This is a very good thing. We don't want folks here who are solely interested in money... that's really boring IMO.
In the future we might be able to do things like give a great user .05-10 for answer ANY QUESTION because we know they rock.... or route you a question from a vertical that you have 10 best answer in and give .25 for answering it--even if you don't get best answer!
Fer sher, Chris! I'm "friends" with Dave, but I guess that isn't the same, huh? It's OK, I beefed up my topic feed since then, anyway.
@doubleminaz, you'll never have an empty feed by following davepamn!
