What causes wrinkles and how can we prevent it?

How can exposure to sun (photo-aging) cause the development of wrinkles? How is genetics related to the appearance of wrinkles? To prevent this, how much sunscreen SPF factor should I use at least?
Tip for best answer: M$0.25

Wrinkles are caused by a number of factors, but a major one is skin exposure to the Sun. The more sun exposure your skin has, the earlier you will develop wrinkles and the worse your wrinkles will be. Age obviously plays a part in wrinkling as well - your skin sags as you get older and you will develop lines and wrinkling around the eyes and mouth. As you continue to age, you will get wrinkles on your cheeks, chin, and forehead. Your best defense is to moisturize your skin on a daily basis and use sunscreen each and every day. Stay out of the sun as much as possible to keep your skin even and youthful looking.

Genetics also play a role in wrinkles. Women of color develop wrinkles later than white women do just because of their skin's make up. As far as what sunscreen SPF one should wear, I would wear as high an SPF as possible - up in the 30 range if possible. Getting a moisturizer that has SPF in it makes your routine even easier.

For most people eye wrinkles are the first real signs of aging. I understand the frustration that you suffer while trying to hunt down products that are effective treatments for under eye wrinkles. There are so many anti aging cosmetics products on the market that you would think that someone would get it right.

Time after time I’m sure you have spent your money on solutions for eye wrinkles that didn’t help the problem. That time I went to beauty specialist and she suggest me to take Lifecell. She said me that lifecell is most safest and effective cure for wrinkles. So I was trying it, And you know what I just get rid from my wrinkles I really thankful to Lifecell.
I will suggest you to take it at least one time. Thanks
