what causes my poop to float?
six months ago I had bouts of diarrhea about every two weeks after taking antibiotics. Now I seem to be better but my poop floats. About six weeks ago I saw something white wrapped around my poop. about 3/4 in long.

Generally fats cause feces to float, bob, or otherwise troll along the top of the bowl, rather than playing submarine commander and diving to the bottom like the rest of the herd.
As for the white thingy, it could be a tapeworm segment, but you'd likely need to provide further details before anyone could venture a more educated guess. That's not to say we're actually 'hoping' to hear any further graphic details though. That's something best left to your doctor to diagnose. After all, he's the one who gets paid to deal with all your crap. ...badumpbump ;-P
