Sweet and Sour Meatballs - just combine onions, garlic, parsley, seasonings(as desired) and other minced veggies like carrots and bell peppers. Fry or bake them, set aside. Make sweet and sour sauce and pour it to the warm meatballs. Sprinkle some mince parsley and nuts (these are optional). Serve with plain rice.
Bake meatloaf - combine veggies like minced carrots, minced bell peppers, onions, garlic, soy sauce, catchup, seasonings, egg yolks, bread crumbs and little olive oil to ground beef and shaped it into a log and put in a baking tray. Spread some catchup on top of meatloaf, cover with tin foil and bake.
Pastas - you can make any kind of sauce you desire with ground beef as one of ingredient. Just add cheese or any topping you prefer.

2. Mexican Casserole - beef with tomatoes, green chilis, seasonings and layered with flour tortillas before baking

great answer, as many ground beef meals and we have made I dont think I have never tried sweet and sour meatballs. I have to get that one a shot.
