You can take a wide lacey ribbon and two small cotton balls. Spray the cotton balls with a fresh fragrance your Mom likes. Tie the cotton balls inside the lacey ribbon and secure with silver pipe cleaners or more ribbon. If you have a medium sized open seashell, you can also stuff the shell with scented cotton balls and glue a small piece of lace at the top of the shell. Sachets make everthing smell fresh and pretty and can be as creative as you choose!
